Top Notch!

Communication has been top notch! All critical information is relayed in a timely manor. I always know when a truck arrives and departs from the supplier and provided with an accurate time of arrival to the facility. I’m always sent a copy of the BOL and provided with the information about the truck to alert receiving for after hours deliveries. Brett is very detailed orientated and believes in treating his customers the way he wants to be treated. That equates to AWESOME service!! I have no worries with freight that is handled through Independent Logistics.
